Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivery within 1 business day.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by country. Estimated delivery is 7-14 business days depending on the destination.

Note: Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method, destination, and order size. The shipping cost will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $20 within Us.
  • International Shipping Fees: International customers will be charged based on their location and shipping method selected.

3. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information (if available).

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to follow the progress of your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to Worldwide. If your location is not listed, please contact us at info@tens.net to inquire about potential shipping options.
  • Certain shipping restrictions may apply based on local regulations, customs laws, or courier availability.
  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you realize there’s an error in the address after placing the order, contact us immediately at info@tens10.net  to make the necessary corrections.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit or hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work with you to resolve it.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We may ask for photos of the damaged item and packaging in order to process a claim with the carrier. We will provide you with a refund, replacement, or store credit.

8. International Orders & Customs Duties

  • Customs Fees: For international orders, customs fees, taxes, and duties may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
  • Customs Delays: Occasionally, customs processing may cause delays that are beyond our control. Please be aware that shipping times may vary for international orders due to customs processing.
