Returns & Exchanges

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To start a return or report a damaged or incorrect item, email Info@tens10.net. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. International availability and rates are shown at checkout.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

• Processing: 1–2 business days.
• Standard shipping: approximately 5–10 business days.
• Express shipping: approximately 2–5 business days where available.
• International shipping: approximately 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Tracking is emailed when the order ships.

Why Did My Items Arrive Separately?

Products may ship separately from different fulfillment locations. Each shipment will have its own tracking information.

Can I Cancel or Modify My Order?

Contact Info@tens10.net within 12 hours of ordering. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.
